Terms of Service

1. The service
ForeverChat provides a live-chat widget for your website and a team inbox for answering visitor conversations. We may add, change, or remove functionality over time; material changes to paid functionality will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the activity of the team members you invite. You must only install the widget on websites you own or are authorized to operate.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use ForeverChat to send spam, harass people, distribute malware, collect data you have no right to collect, or break any applicable law. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Plan features and prices are those published on our pricing page at the time you subscribe or change plans.
5. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. This section in particular requires counsel review.
